A large Defence organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive to work on an initial 12 month contract based in the South West. The s
ccessful candidate will be required to Support the VP of Marketing Communications and the Marketing Support Manager. You will be required to undergo the following responsibilities: Supervise the activities of the Marketing Support Co-ordinator Exhibition co-ordination - Project management of tier 2, 3 and 4 exhibitions. On-site supervision and administration of tier 2 and 3 events. Support to VPMC and MSM on tier 1 major shows, including supervision of administration team and show logistics (office support, meeting and transport schedule, customer invitation process) Multimedia - Project management of Systems multi-media programme working with external vendors and business/customer account executives. Maintaining updated content. Presentations/Literature - Support to VPMC and MSM in ensuring Systems overview presentation and divisional literature maintained. Project manage product area datasheets and provide presentation support as necessary Skills and experience Demonstrable experience in marketing communications function High tech preferably aerospace background PR, Marketing, Multimedia and exhibitions supporting role This organisation is looking for a candidate who is passionate about there role and someone who is willing to travel internationally as and when required.
