Our client seeks a Senior M & E Quantity Surveyor, ideally electrically biased to join them in London
Our client is a medium sized firm of chartered quantity surveyors. Their central London office now seeks a Senior M & E Quantity Surveyor ideally electrically biased with mechanical experience. You will work on a range of complex projects for data centres and banking clients plus large residential, retail and mixed use developments. Experience of feasibility studies, cost plans and all pre and post contract duties will be required. You will ideally be HND / Degree qualified and possibly also MRICS qualified. The ideal candidate will come from a PQS background although someone from a Building Services consultants or contractors may be considered.
