Description
A Senior Lecturer is requires for a leading provider of training solutions and support services, working in partnership with the Royal Navy. We offer bespoke services to our customers, including training, facilities management and construction.
The purpose of this role will be to provide prescribed training execution and support services to a variety of military and civilian students in nuclear safety management to include legislation, regulation, safety management of nuclear operations and nuclear accidents (accident root causes and lessons learnt).
Your responsibilities will include delivering practical and theoretical in order to meet the primary purpose. You will also be responsible for the administration of exams and assessments, and to undertake research in support of the Nuclear Department. You will be expected to represent the Director Nuclear Department at delegated meetings and to ensure the training service provided by Flagship Training Limited, within the Department, is delivered in accordance with the Establishment Service Provision Management Tool.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong and effective communication skills, be able to integrate in a mixed manning environment, be able to focus upon and respond to customer requirements and be results orientated.
You will ideally be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a related subject, possess suitable safety related experience at a suitable level, have a teaching qualification, either civilian or military equivalent and have a sound knowledge of Naval hierarchy and organisation.
