Our client is one of the UK's leading Safety and Environmental Consultancies and due to an increased demand for their services in Safety Engineering and Management, they are looking for a Senior/Leading/Principal Consultant to support their assignments in the UK and overseas and to provide for succession in the business.
Senior/Leading/Principal safety Consultant
Location - Bath
Salary - £35-55k
Our client is one of the UK's leading Safety and Environmental Consultancies and due to an increased demand for their services in Safety Engineering and Management, they are looking for a Senior/Leading/Principal Consultant to support their assignments in the UK and overseas and to provide for succession in the business.
Due to increasingly successful business development and diversification, they can offer you the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and high profile assignments, principally in the Defence, Civil Maritime, Energy and Aerospace Sectors.
The company develop and deliver innovative, proportionate, and cost-effective approaches to organisations wishing to assess and assure the Safety of their complex systems and processes. As a Company, they are forward thinking, supportive of innovation and focused on the development of people as well as the organisation.
Candidates should have a sound academic background supporting their experience in a senior safety and/or engineering role. They should also have experience of applying risk assessment methods and techniques in order to achieve a balance that maximises the performance of a system or process whilst ensuring its ongoing compliance with regulation.
Successful candidates will have a high level of motivation and a drive to achieve success, with a track record of achievement and a desire to build a career within a strong and independent business and should be:

•Able to communicate at all levels in an organisation
The salary on offer to the successful candidate will be up to £55,000 plus excellent benefits which include bonus, pension and medical insurance.
