Senior Quantity Surveyor is immediately needed to join a highly professional Civil Engineering and Groundwork Contractor based in the Essex area.
Our Client was formed in 1998 and has continued to grow and expand since then. They are a medium sized contractor with over 600 staff and due to their expansion they are in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive groundworks experience.
The type of work undertaken has been focused towards lump sum all risk civil engineering and groundwork packages within the south east of England. You will be working independently, mainly on Infrastructure projects and also housing, high rise valuing up to about £30m. They have a great working environment and you will have full support from the MD.
They are offering a basic salary of 100K+, and benefits plus the usual bits on bobs like a mobile phone and laptop etc. In total the package will be well over 100K.
