They require a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to work from their Manchester office offering exciting opportunities for Geotechnical Engineers to be part of their dynamic business.

Requirements
•Strong academic background in either Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology preferably with a related MSc and a strong track record in geotechnical analysis and design
• An appropriate amount of post qualification experience in a fast moving engineering consultancy environment, good understanding of soil mechanics and experience of foundation design
• Successful applicants will have an appropriate amount of experience in related engineering consultancy and it would be preferable that candidates will be either chartered or approaching chartership. A proven track record in managing the geotechnical element of more than one scheme at a time is required
•Candidates should have a flair for innovation, good communication and excellent report writing skills
• Experience of preparing and negotiating bids and tenders and the successful execution and completion of small and major projects is desirable
•The successful applicant will be a team player / Manager who is able to supervise and develop other geotechnical engineers
•Candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence.
