Senior Product Design Engineer.
Senior Designer with Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in Product design using Solidworks and AutoCAD.
Key tasks include designing, developing and detailing new products from initial brief to production that meet clearly defined user opportunities, managing the design and development of new products including liaison with external agencies to ensure new products are delivered on time, on budget and right first time, supporting and maintaining NPD processes
Experience/Qualifications required
- A good BA / Bsc (Hons) Industrial Design or first degree in Engineering with a post-graduate qualification in Industrial Design
- Minimum of five years experience of developing new products
- Ability to liaise with customers, contractors and site engineers
- Good Solidworks experience.
- Autocad experience would also be advantageous
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Project)
- Clean driving licence
