Our prestigious client is a multidisciplinary practice that succeeds through the individual and collaborative skills of its people. The Senior Consultant is expected to lead and be part of project teams that provide integrated services in real estate and property, and economic and business consulting sectors.

Senior Consultant Real Estate, Economic and Business Consulting

Our market leading and well reputed client offers integrated consulting services encompassing strategy, planning, management and implementation for the built environment. Their work spans across seven sectors in the built environment city and regional planning, economic and social development, environment and sustainability, urban management and governance, transport and movement, property and real estate, and infrastructure

. The key requirements for the Senior Consultant are:
•Degree in Economics, Economic Planning, Business, or a Real Estate or Property related field from an internationally recognised university. Further post-graduate study or academic work in these or related fields will be viewed favourably.
•Significant relevant work experience including team leader roles on economic analysis, real estate/property development and business consultancy projects. Experience of a mix of work with both developer and consultancy organisations in both the public and private sector will be preferable. Experience of undertaking this type of work in an international environment will be important.
•Good business consultancy skills and familiarity with standard industry tools and approaches.
•Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with the design, development and use of a range of cost, viability, and economic and financial models. Good understanding of financial analysis, property performance drivers and IRR essential.
•Ability to demonstrate a track record in asset management preferable especially spotting opportunities to add value
•Good project design and management skills.
•Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.
•Experience in working in teams as well as dealing with internal and external clients.
•Confident, independent, and proactive character, with a track record of taking the lead in challenging situations. Ability to take charge and define projects or tasks in ambiguous situations with limited guidance.
•Strong drive to succeed, someone who continuously strives to take what they do to a higher level
•Financial modelling skills including circle valuation.
