Economics, Strategy and Forecasting
Aviation (Transportation) is a key unit within our client. The Unit provides a wide range of technical, managerial and analytical services to their customers throughout the world.
Our clients combined multi-disciplinary technical and management skills enable them to tackle all the many different planning, economic, operational, engineering, environmental and safety issues involved in airport development and management. At the strategic level our expertise includes route and network development, demand forecasting, market research and due diligence studies.
Job description
Roles will vary depending on seniority and a candidate's experience. Typical responsibilities and deliverables of roles within this team are as follows:
•Generating or reviewing passenger/cargo traffic forecasts for new or existing airports
•Advising airlines on network and fleet development
•Providing aviation (airport, airline, air traffic management) related policy or strategic advice to government or international organisations
•Economic and strategic assessments related to airport developments
•Due diligence work in support of financing for new airports or airport or airline expansion
Candidate specification

•Related Professional qualification to Aviation (Economics/Engineering/Planning)
•Related experience in aviation sector according to grade
•Personal interest in the Aviation sector
•Personable, professional and experienced in interaction with clients through-out project
•Team player
•Drive and focus to see projects through to conclusion
•Willing and capability of international travel (Europe/Middle East/USA/Far East/Central Asia/South America/India/Africa/Other places)
