Senior Construction Manager - Middle East
My Client, a Leading International Contractor has recently secured a number of high profile construction projects in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. They have been operating in the Middle East for over 10 years. With an aggressive business development policy in place in the UAE they are looking to recruit several:
Construction Managers
The Role:
You will be supervising and coordinating the complete execution of the construction of large major projects including high rise, mixed use, residential, commercial & leisure or theme parks, depending on your previous skills set. You will work closely with the project Manager and the other members of the management & operational team.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
Install and organize the construction site.
Direct all aspects of the execution of the construction projects.
Monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendants and workmen.
Identify problems and offer solutions prior to and during construction.
The Person:
You have a Master or Bachelor in Engineering with a strong background in Civil / Building Construction field. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position; you are a strong communicator and negotiator with excellent commercial skills.
The Package:
My client will offer an excellent package for the suitable candidate. Basic Salary will be £50,000 - £60,000 + accommodation + car + medical + flights + schooling
