Managing a range of water projects, youll make full use of your technical experience. Its a responsible role that will involve overseeing designs and managing budgets. Youll also liaise closely with contractors and clients, ensuring work is delivered on time and to deadline. At all times, youll promote technical innovation as well as making sure industry best practices are adopted.
First and foremost, youll be a degree-qualified engineer who has, or is close to gaining, chartered status. Its also essential that you have a track record of delivering water (clean or waste) infrastructure projects. On top of that, youll have the ability to manage teams and subcontractors. In addition, youll be IT literate and have strong technical writing skills.
