Senior Building Surveyor required for a leading real estate adviser, based in Reading / Crawley. The Company provides acquisition, disposal, management and consultancy services to tenants, owner-occupiers, public sector clients, developers and investors, nationwide.
The role will include project management, building surveys. To provide a professional, pro-active and technically expert service which delivers excellent customer service thereby maximising income opportunities and ensuring customer loyalty and the good reputation of the company. To maximise own potential and contribute to the overall achievement of the Business Plan.
You will be a Chartered professional , a proactive team player and commercially astute. Having experience of the private sector you will have business development and client management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This position is permanent, paying between £35k to £40k.
