Semi Skilled Fitter
Semi-Skilled Fitter (Refurbishment Department)
LOCATION: Grantham
TYPE: TTP or Permanent
SALARY/RATE: £8.00 per hour
BENEFITS: Excellent progression available with expanding company.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
OVERTIME: 1 - 1 hours daily plus Saturdays available Paid @ x 1 1/2 over 40 hours
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE: Technical background, qualifications not required
ALTERNATIVE INDUSTRY: HGV / lorries / buses / cars background
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Refurbishment department
JOB DESCRIPTION: Refurbishment of access trucks and platforms
ELEMENTS:
•Hydraulics (and electrics if possible)
•Strip and rebuild of plant equipment
•Welding skills and FLT licence advantageous
SPECIALISED MACHINERY:
•Scissor lifts
•Access platforms
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience in HGV/buses/cars/plant environment
2. Strip and rebuild
