JOB TITLE.
Semi-Skilled Engineering Technician
SCOPE
Expanding, engineering, manufacturing company producing high quality testing equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.
Good engineering experience.
Practical experience in mechanical/hydraulic engineering industry.
Full, clean, driving licence.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacture and test new equipment.
Install, commission and service equipment both at Factory and on customer sites.
Train and be trained by other employees in order to maximise flexibility of the company.
Work with the Head of Laboratory to support the compliance of the Company within the terms of its accreditation.
Undertake any other Quality Activity as requested by the M.D. or Operations Manager.
Maintain the good name of the company with any concerned parties both in the U.K. and abroad. Other functions, as required.
Subsidiary Duties & Responsibilities
Manage appropriate stocks of parts and assemblies to ensure continuity of supply of products.
Complete all necessary testing and paperwork to ensure high quality, timely, dispatch of products.
Pack and prepare product for dispatch.
