Description

Our client a global telecoms provider require a Security Policy Specialist to join part of their team working on a secure site in the SW of England. T

ey will be responsible for security policy development during the programme, including Risk Management Accreditation Document Set (RMADS) and other associated documentation. They will ensure that the policy described in the RMADS is reflected in the security design and in the conformance testing support documentation. They will engage with the Accreditor and Security Working Group to discuss the development and structure of the RMADS and related support documentation, including ISO 27001 Statement of Application, generic Security Operation Instructions, any required Code of Connection / Interconnection Security Policy development, etc. They will also be responsible for assessing the current accreditation processes and procedures with a view to identifying potential efficiencies and streamlining opportunities. They will also be supporting the management of the operational security team where operational security policy issues arise. The successful applicants will have CLAS consultant experience, as well as extensive knowledge and experience of risk assessment to HMG standards. They should also have experience of evaluation, certification and accreditation of systems to HMG security requirements. A good understanding of security technologies is also essential. An appreciation of the design and implementation of secure systems to HMG security requirements is needed, and the successful applicant will have experience of liaising with government accreditors.
