Our client are a world leader within it's market. They offer data capture solutions to all levels of business across the globe. Having been established for over 25 years and consistently seeing major growth they have created an excellent requirement for an Assembly Operative.
With the unstable economy at the moment our client are still looking to recruit quality candidates who have excellent skills and want to continue to develop.
With this in mind they are looking to recruit a Section Leader. A very exciting position for the right candidate. You will be keen, enthusiastic and have man management skills. You will be able to communicate well and want to push you section to be the best.
As a Section Leader you will have experience of mechanical assembly, electronic components and soldering. All the basic skills needed within this environment. Your knowledge of these areas will allow you to understand your section and the people you will be looking after.
Supervisory skills are essential as a Section Leader, you will be computer literate. You will reporting directly to the production manager and will have responsibility for the day to day running of your section, this will include:
Allocating and supervising work schedules.
Setting targets.
Meeting delivery deadlines.
Stock control
Communicate with other department heads.
