SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
35-50K + 6K OTE + MONDEO + MOBILE + LAP TOP + PENSION + LIFE ASSURANCE

With over 100 years experience in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical components, this ISO 9001/2000 accredited business has built it's enviable reputation through their commitment to product innovation and quality. To further grow their market share and cope with demand, the business is needs a new Sales Director to add strength to the management team
THE ROLE
As Sales Director you and your team will be responsible for marketing products for each of the groups 4 divisions. Selling into rail, aerospace, defence, marine and other sectors you will have personal responsibility for key account development. Covering the UK, the bulk of what you sell will be bespoke, therefore you will need to get heavily involved with the customer at design stage. You will also have responsibility for the internal and external sales team, leading, developing and motivating them to hit the budgets that you set
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Sales Director must have;
1.Peoeple management experience
2.Either a mechanical, electrical or electronic background
3.Have experience of developing revenue streams in excess of £1m
4.Relish the challenge of being the driving force behind a business.
