Successful candidates will be a positive, self motivated, confident, persuasive team player and have:-
•Experience in the Controls & Automation Industry
•A Business Development / Technical Sales / Applications Engineering background.
•A sales background and a desire to develop their career in this direction
•An appreciation of the differences between product and solution selling
•The ability to build new relationships / generate new business and ensure the retention of both existing and new clients
• An understanding of the importance of canvassing all decision makers ensuring their motivations & preferences are known and influenced where possible.
