THE COMPANY
With over 40 years experience in the provision of mechanical and electrical services for a wide variety of market places including Facilities Management, Blue Chip Companies and Engineering. The business has grown to a level whereby they have split the business into six divisions to take their growth to the next level. As a result of this strategic decision the business is now looking for a sales manager to develop their mechanical building services market.
THE ROLE
As the sales manager you will be the commercial driving force behind this division. You will inherit an account portfolio worth around 400K which you will be expected to develop and grow as you see fit. Once up and running you will then need to target new accounts across the banking, health and education sectors as well as facilities management companies across the south and south east. With concentrated a focussed performance growth of this division to a £2M business should be realistic goal for the next three to five years.
