Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Senior Services Sales Manager
A market leader in providing power management and energy based solutions for various applications in both the private and public sector are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to be involved in the strategic development of their current customer base. They have recently undergone a number of positive internal changes, which has created various senior roles for both their current employees and within the external labour market.
Your role as a Senior Sales Manager is to manage a number of time-served sales led individuals deliver multi-million pound spend programmes. This will involve the actual end product and service support. In the grand scheme of things the Job Design will require you to be responsible for Account Management, New Business Development, Strategy Design, Project Management, Man-Management, Programme Delivery, Customer Service, Profit & Loss Responsibility and Cash Flow Management.
To be considered for this position we are looking for the following skills and experiences
Equivalent qualifications in Engineering ideally to Degree level
Significant and Extensive Experience in Man-Management, ideally key experiences
Managing other Managers
Experiences in Power Generation or Nuclear Energy
UK Driving License
Broad understanding of different internal cultures
The starting salary for this position which is dependent on your relevant expertise could fall in the realm of £45,000 - £60,000 + Commission up to £9000 + Car or Car Allowance + Pension + Life Assurance + 25 Days Holiday.
