Description
To maintain current' and develop new' orders for the Company's products and services with a view to achieving both Lubrication/Cooling Division and Group Targets. To ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities: By day to day communication with Office Staff and Sales Director to aim to achieve agreed order targets and service schedules measured against KPI's.

Duties and Responsibilities: By day to day communication with Office Staff and Sales Director to aim to achieve agreed order targets and service schedules measured against KPI's.
Maintain a close liaison with customers and potential customers to obtain sales opportunities and prospects for the Company's products and services by providing added value through such tools as After Sales Service. To visit potential customers to elicit and report on enquiry specifications and specific customer requirements to enable quotations to be prepared competitively. Be prepared to act on a cradle-to-grave basis from enquiry through to possible on site commissioning. Report, at monthly intervals, to the Sales Director on the current status of enquiries/quotations, ensuring they are followed up at all times.
Liaise with other sales engineers/managers to pass on knowledge of competitors, activities and sales opportunities in other areas. Keep accurate customer records and provide weekly reports of movements, activities and expenses.
Assess and compare competitive products giving regular reports on competitors' activities. To identify areas outside our current markets segments for business growth. To carry out a marketing function by recommending modifications and improvements to existing products and to identify a market need for new products and services. Close liaison with our worldwide organisation to ensure best practices are adopted and learnt for the purposes of enhancing our understanding of other business opportunities. To carry out plant and site surveys with a view to enhancing customer awareness and added value.
Provide input/ideas and assist, where necessary, in the production of marketing initiatives. Present a good profile of the Company and maintain a high standard.
