Sales Engineer - Junior position
Sales Manager
Loughborough
£25k OTE + car
Due to expanding business, our client is looking for a Sales Manager. The main responsibility of the role is the acquisition of new accounts and management of existing relationships. With close contacts to the customer, you match the needs and requests with our technical know-how and professional consulting. You then develop customized solutions in close consultation with our engineers and the customer, and see the project through to bid proposal and contract negotiation stage through the close of the sale. Depending on your skills and experiences you have the perspective of the position as Technical Project Manager, as Key Account Manager for a special branch or even General Manager of our subsidiary.
Applicants should have a Degree/diploma in engineering, have technical knowledge combined with experience and a flair for sales (ideally in the capital equipment sector), good communication and presentation skills connected with strong self-confidence, good project management, capabilities, thought and actions geared towards solutions and success, good IT skills, excellent team player, flexible, highly motivated and hands-on person and a high willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.
