A market leader who specialise in delivering specialist health and care information solutions to the public and private sector are currently looking to recruit a new Sales Development Executive.
The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities from the prospect database and on behalf of the sales teams contacting them by telephone with an initial presentation of the range of products and services. Once receptive the leads will be passed to the relevant teams for follow up.
Main tasks for this position include:
1. To promote products and services to a combination of existing customers and new prospects, using the telephone, mail and e-mail.
2. Working closely with the Sales teams to ensure prospects are managed to maximum effect.
3. Work closely with the Marketing Department to identify new areas and methods for promoting products and services.
4. Managing and maintaining accurate records.
5. Managing mailing returns and updating them quickly
6. Market research projects/campaigns
7. working closely with the NHS liaison manager to ensure continued usage of our online product is maintained throughout the NHS
This role would ideally suit someone with outbound call centre experience or someone with sales support experience who is looking to move into an entry level sales position. The basic salary for the role will be 14 - 16k (depending on level of experience) with the possibility of going up to 18.5k including OTE.
