Our client is one of the UK's leading Safety and Environmental Consultancies and due to an increased demand for their services in Safety Engineering and Management, they are looking for Safety Engineers to support their assignments in the UK and overseas.
Safety Engineer
Location - Bath
Salary - £20k - £30k
Our client is one of the UK's leading Safety and Environmental Consultancies and due to an increased demand for their services in Safety Engineering and Management, they are looking for Safety Engineers to support their assignments in the UK and overseas.
Due to their increasingly successful business development and diversification, they can offer you the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and high profile assignments in the Rail, Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Oil & Gas and other industrial sectors delivering Independent Safety Assessments, Safety Case Developments and risk-based approaches that reflect best practice.
For junior positions, candidates should have degree level education in a technical discipline.
For senior positions, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior safety role and have experience of risk assessment methods, hazard identification techniques and safety cases, and have an appreciation of relevant safety standards.
Successful candidates should be:
• Enthusiastic and self motivated
• Able to offer a practical approach to problems
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Able to communicate at all levels in an organisation
The salary on offer for this position is up to £30,000 along with excellent benefits including bonus, pension and medical insurance.
