Description
Our client a leading Engineering and construction company in the oil and gas industry, has a requirement for an experienced mechanical engineer to join them on the design of a fixed well head platform.
The platform is to be manned for the first 2 years so work will include accommodation modules, but is then to be un-manned for the rest of its life,an estimated 23 years!
The Platform is a 2000 tonne gas processing platform with 3 decks and various equipment onboard including xmas trees, wet and dry Gas metering and accommodation modules.
The platform is likely to be constructed in either Lowestoft or Teeside. Rates are upto 60p/h ltd Company with the potential of a per diem, to be confirmed.
The client is looking for a Safety Engineer capable of being involved in:
* Hazops.
* Hazids.
* Safety Cases.
* Production of data sheets.
* Requisitions.
* Specifications.
* Package management for a Firepump, Lifeboat, Foam Skids, and Safety Equipment.
