Prestigious OEM in Woking is looking for 2 SQA Engineers to join their team.

Principal accountabilities for position

Responsibility for the quality of purchased parts for a specific area of the vehicle.
Ensure components achieve / exceed the required quality level from the supply base
Conduct process audits and develop supplier processes at supplier locations.
Support production preparation to ensure smooth production ramp-up
Manage and control approval of production parts and processes (PPAP) for components.
Implement and manage part and process improvement actities.


Knowledge, skills and experience for position
Quality or production experience in OE Automotive or Automotive Tier 1 supplier.
Experience of building close working relationships internally and with suppliers
Experience of using logical problem solving techniques in a production environment
Understanding of lean techniques to support problem solving.
IT literate (competent user of MS products e.g. Excel)
Engineering Degree or equivalent

Good communication skills to deal with people of all levels
Willingness to travel.
Highly motivated, flexible, team player
A fast learner
