Description
Our client needs a Service Manager for there office in Dan Haag, Netherlands. You require to have a valid EU work permit and must have linguistic skill for that part of EU.
Job Description: For one of our large customers, we are looking for an ITIL Service Manager with proven experience in project management of Service Telephony and Telecommunications systems. Candidate must be a fast starter and may soon own new cases and environments.
Requirements:
-- At least HBO work and thinking level
-- At least 5 years experience in service management
-- Proven experience with Service manager for the telephone (fixed and mobile) / telecom projects
-- Experience with ITIL and Prince 2 (certification is a pre)
-- Wide ICT, Telecom and telephony knowledge
-- Experience with the government within or semi-government is desirable
-- Communicative very strong
