They are a multi award winning organisation with offices in every continent offering services in all sectors to include commercial, property and infrastructure. Their main discipline is cost management and project management.
They are working on at least 10 major projects ranging from 100million- 1billion at present and their smallest project is in the excess of 10million.
Current projects include:
• City centre regeneration
• Landmark developments
• Several Mixed Use projects up to 400million
• Several Educational projects in the excess of 1 billion
• Healthcare
• Industrial
• Infrastructure and Civils
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over five years experience, ideally with an Irish cost consultancy although main contractor experience will be considered. You will have both pre and post contract experience, strong communication and negotiation skills and experience of working on healthcare/medical projects id certainly advantageous.
The suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will be assigned to manage one of the company's largest live projects; a private healthcare project in the excess of 200million.
Senior Quantity Surveyor duties will include:
• Traditional Quantity Surveying duties, pre and post contracr.
• Business Development
• Ensuring that existing clients requirements are met according to budget and time
• People management
