Description
Our client is a medium sized, research driven manufacturer of speciality organics. Operating a large, part GMP regulated, COMAH regulated site, the business is expanding steadily on the back of successful new product introductions and new supply contracts. With established competency in process analysis and design including mass-energy balancing, flow sheet development, computer simulations, equipment specification and so on, the job holder will focus on rapidly understanding the customer process and determining the optimal fit and solutions in order to maximise the customers business case, increase the profitability of existing manufacturing by leading the initiation, development and implementation of improvement projects and the rapid diagnosis and resolution of operating plant problems.
