Our client produces electronic components for the defence and aerospace markets from a high-tech clean room manufacturing plant. The job holder will be expected to undertake process development work as well as process optimisation, hands-on trouble-shooting, and maintenance in environmentally conditioned, high-purity production suites. Specific duties will include defect and yield analysis, cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives, product design reviews, etc.
