Description
Our client owns a modern, efficient, medium complex refinery in an attractive part of South Africa close to the coast, game reserves, and sports amenities, that enjoys an excellent climate. The organisation is looking to strengthen its engineering team through the appointment of an accomplished process engineer with rounded competencies acquired in the petrochemical / refinery sector. The principal focus of the job will be supporting and optimising key refinery units such as hydrotreaters, reformers, FCCUs and such like although opportunities to provide process input or leadership into process development programmes and major CAPEX will also occur. Familiarity with refinery licensed technology and processes (UOP / Shell / Texaco / Hador Topsoe) etc. is distinctly advantageous.
