Description
Based out of an office in Stratford the company is looking to recruit a Fire Protection & Sprinkler Systems Manager. A key appointment you will be responsible for managing this high value Fire Protection & Sprinkler Systems Package. With full commercial responsibility you will be involved with the Contract from the Concept stage managing it through the phases of Design, Planning, Mobilisation, Installation Commissioning and Hand Back. The successful Fire Protection & Sprinkler Systems Manager will have a significant track record working on major construction projects in excess of £150 million. The individual will have outstanding commercial acumen and will have the experience of managing large project teams.
The company undertakes major Construction Design & Build Contracts predominately focused around the development of shopping centres. They are now embarking on a major construction project in East London which will form one of the flagship locations within the UKs Olympic development. As a result of this major undertaking the company is looking to enhance their project team with a Fire Protection & Sprinkler Systems Manager

To be successful you must have/be all of the following:
Experience of field supervision on major construction projects in excess of £150 million.
Services trades or consultancy background essential
Possess IEE, IMECHE or equivalent
Be educated to BSC in Electrical or Mechanical Services
Strong Organisational and Man Management skills
