Our client is a Building Services Consultancy with a well proven track record throughout the UK and abroad. They have formed close links with their clients to build an understanding of their role. They deliver strong technical ability in a well managed and disciplined way and communicate in a language that suits the needs of individual clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is currently looking to recruit for its state of the art, newly refurbished Leeds offices. They have an urgent requirement for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join the team working on multi million pound projects in a number of sectors such as healthcare, education and commercial in both the public and private sectors. The key competence is a degree in Building Services or Electrical engineering
THE ROLE
The role requires you to develop the electrical design of a £38m new build/refurbishment project, Produce survey work and write reports, prepare contract documents including specifications, attend meetings with design teams and clients, build relationships with clients and identifying business opportunities etc
IF YOU ARE
- Financial aware
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Hevacomp software packages
- Possess skills to Project Manage multi discipline projects
- Have the ability to work under own initiative and develop subordinate staff
- Possess the ability to work and manage several projects simultaneously.
