This international consultancy are currently seeking to employ an experienced, commercially minded and enthusiastic Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to front a number of major projects in Dublin.
THE ROLE
The role will involve project managing a number of high profile commercial projects to include:
•Urban regeneration,
•Museams,
•Townhouse,
•Libraries,
•Listed buildings,
•Major Commercial.
The successful senior chartered building surveyor will play a key role in the further development of the company and will act as a key member of a team.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Duties/responsibilities will include preparing specifications and drawings, due diligence, inspecting and surveying building works and contract administration, as well as project managing major programmes of work.
You will ideally have successfully completed a construction or surveying degree, be chartered, have a minimum of five years experience and be familiar with AutoCAD.
