We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Services Supervisor to work in a high profile commercial building based in Bromley. Salary negotiable.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Services Supervisor to work in a high profile commercial building based in Bromley. You will be required to assist the Technical Services Manager in all aspects of maintenance, projects and new works. You will also be required to distribute task to members of the shift and monitor their work, arrange training when required and deal with budgeting and expenditure. Applicants must have competent working knowledge of all aspects associated with building services such as AHUs, Fans, pumps and motors, generators, air handling units, heating and ventilation, Air conditioning units, water treatment, sprinkler systems, chlorifiers and plumbing.

Qualifications required:
City & Guilds with previous experience within building services and maintenance is a must. ACS or ACOPS qualification, C&G testing and inspection would be an advantage.
