We are looking to recruit experienced Maintenance Electricians to work in a high profile commercial building based in Watford. Salary 26k - £29kpa.
Resident Maintenance Electrician

40 hours per week
We are looking to recruit experienced Maintenance Electricians to work in a high profile commercial building based in Watford. You will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive/repair works to the building services and Electrical and Mechanical plant equipment i.e. Air handling units, heating and ventilation, Air conditioning units, water treatment, sprinkler systems, generators, pumps, BMS, chlorifiers, plumbing and HWS systems. You will also be required to do testing, maintenance and repair of lighting, small power and mains systems, fire alarm, motor and control systems.
Qualifications required:
City & Guilds Electrical, 16th Edition, C&G 2391 inspection & testing
Previous experience in a similar role is a must. ACS or ACOPS qualification and Air conditioning safe handling certificate would be an advantage.
