Description
Support Project Requirements Engineering Manager in requirement traceability and document production within DOORS.
This job will involve working closely with other Requirements and Test Engineers and will include requirement flowdown, enforcing common standards and rigorous requirement traceability throughout the lifecycle of the project.
There will be travel between Portsmouth and Toulouse.

Reporting to the Project Requirements Engineering Manager.
Profile
The individual will have:
System engineering background with emphasis on requirements management,
Knowledge of product lifecycle and SVV and T processes,
Experience of requirements traceability techniques, preferably with database administration background,
A methodical approach to the work with sufficient commitment and drive to see the task through even where adverse conditions are encountered,
Relevant experience applicable to the military field desirable.
The ability to efficiently organise and co-ordinate work with good communication skills
Specific Tasks to be Undertaken:
Ownership of the DOORS database containing all project requirements and SVV & T documentation
Work with project engineers to populate DOOR database
Maintenance of DOORS links
Production of output documentation from DOORS including translation to Company standard templates
Support to Engineering Manager in design review activities
Collation of SVV & T results in DOORS database
Production of compliance / exception statements
Qualifications/Skills
Good honours degree in Engineering/Electronics/Science/Mathematics.
Essential: DOORS Administration
Desirable: DOORS Admin Course plus relevant experience
Previous Experience
Essential:
DOORS database management.
Document production from DOORS.
Requirements Management process implementation

Team player, organised, communicative and determined with the ability to work on their own initiative.
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
