REQUIREMENTS CAPTURE & DEPLOYMENT COORDINATOR
Rate of pay £22.50 Ltd ph

The TWE Engineering CoE has a requirement for a Requirements Capture & Deployment Co-ordinator to work in it's Digital Wing Organisation.

The role involves collation and co-ordination of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) business requirements - validating each and applying sharing of best practice across programs.

Requirements must be actively extracted form the engineering community, developed with supporting business case information (including Lean Engineering opportunities), and submitted through the formal process.

In-line with this, and to ensure the engineering requirements are delivered on time, the responsible must develop and maintain programme roadmaps, mapping requirements against CoE milestones to ensure capabilities are available, enabling deliverables

• Different requirements for different a/c programs
• Different requirements during differing maturities
• Identify opportunities to introduce/harmonise processes/capabilities

Professional Experience
Confirmed (3+ to 5 years working knowledge)

Education Requirements
Engineering / Aerospace Engineering Degree preferable

Technical Skills
Awareness of Engineering tools including CAD, PDM, DMU and PC.
Have worked across aerospace industry transnationally.

Candidate is expected to demonstrate overview of the complete product lifecycle
Appreciation and understanding of the role of digital data in this process.

The calibre of person required to fulfil this role is that of a highly motivated, customer facing and proactive individual, who can identify and clarify the needs of engineering design, methods and tools available to them. The role will require persistent follow-up to ensure that the business requester has detailed the requirement sufficiently to ensure that it can be formally submitted. This will require regular attendance and leadership at multi-discipline forums, and support in developing documentation.

The individual must also demonstrate high organisational and analytical skills in monitoring, tracking and championing the requirements, from recognition, through to delivery
