An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Rental/ Hire Coordinator for a leading global Oil and Gas company. This role will be working within their leading international oilfield decommissioning division.
The right candidate will promote the company's range of products and services to the North Sea and global marketplace. You will also be expected to meet sales and gross profitability targets as agreed with Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Respond effectively to customers requests for sales enquiries, technical and commercial information, providing technical presentations, quotations and demonstrations as required.
-Interfacing with customers providing clear interpretation of their requirements from the project onset with the generation of a good working relationships.
-The identification of solutions to client problems utilising current Abandonment & Decommissioning equipment including but not limited to Jetcut Water Abrasive Cutting, Snark Dredging, HP Water Jetting and Weight Coat Removal systems.
-The production of clear and concise tender applications with all relevant supporting documentation i.e. proposal drawings, method statements.
-To assist with all marketing activities such as exhibitions, advertising, editorial and press releases as required.
-Perform any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
-Experience in a technical position, stores background.
-Possibly suit someone looking for a step into a coordination role.
-Subsea/Diving/ROV industry knowledge desirable.
-Must be a highly motivated, and goal oriented individual, with an ability to work unsupervised, and to take responsibility for effectiveness of own work.
-Relate to staff at all levels.
Salary:- £22-24k dependant on experience.
