My client, a manufacturer of high performance polymers, is seeking a Relief Chemical Plant Operator to join their Operations team at their north Lancashire production facility.
My client, a manufacturer of high performance polymers, is seeking a Relief Chemical Plant Operator to join their Operations team at their north Lancashire production facility.
Working flexible shift patterns, the skilled operating team are responsible for the operation of the powder plant to meet the production plan. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team situation. Operators will carry out day to day operations in compliance with plant operating instructions and company procedures. My client places strong emphasis on Health, Safety and Environmental performance and a demonstration of high standards in all these areas is essential.
To join the team you must be able to display a systematic and logical approach to work, show good verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn with commitment. Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument trade skills would be a distinct advantage and ideally the candidate should have previous chemical plant or similar experience.
