JOB TITLE: Regional Operations Manager

LOCATION: West Midlands/ South
IN RANGE OF: Birmingham,

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Operations & Contracts Manager you will give regular information on Operational progress and budget control. You may also be required to produce written reports for the board.
You are the direct line manager of the Senior Technicians, Engineering Technicians and Operations technicians within your region.

You will also work closely with the Engineering, Projects, H&S, PPC and HR departments in order to achieve the aims set out below and to manage the staff reporting to you.

This position involves close and regular contact with other members of the Operational, Engineering, Projects and HR departments and also Waste Site Operators.
