Description

We are a specialised Boutique Search & Selection consultancy recruiting to the Control and Automation Engineering industry across the UK. Due to expansion plans we are now looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to further establish our grounding in this market. The role is primarily office based in Exeter and will involve managing search & selection assignments through the entire recruitment process to their successful conclusion. Educated to a high standard, applicants will be highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. As this is essentially a sales role it is likely that the successful applicant will have a proven track record in either a recruitment or telesales environment. However if you have an entrepreneurial flair and the tenacity and work ethic to produce great results when the going gets tough, this could be just the opportunity you are looking for. On-going internal and external training will be provided.
