Working as part of a recruitment delivery team providing engineering contract labour to an internationally renowned aerospace company with UK and European locations, you will become an integral part of our account delivery team.
By assuming ownership of recruitment requirements from initial vacancy stage to candidate offer, the successful candidate will display excellent customer service abilities, skills matching and candidate management skills.
Our Recruitment Consultants are encouraged to develop strong relationships with client managers and highly skilled candidates alike. An opportunity to travel to overseas customer locations is highly likely, therefore an applicant who is keen to develop cultural as well as recruitment skills is sought.
Applicants should have previous recruitment experience preferably in Engineering or Technical disciplines. An Italian speaker is highly desired although this is not essential, however, the successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and written.
This is a full time position and includes an excellent bonus scheme.
