They have been particularly involved in UAV and ATM work and are at the cutting edge of safety related analysis within these fields. Our Client has the desire to become one of the leading independent safety consultancies in the UK and want to find and develop the best talent in order to do this.
As part of their continued expansion they are looking to recruit a experienced rail safety professional with excellent hands on safety experience and good consultancy skills.
The senior or principal safety engineer will be expected to contribute to the company as a whole including developing new opportunities in the rail sector.
The successful candidate will have previous safety experience working within the rail sector and some of the following:
Experience in producing engineering safety cases, consents to install, consents to energise, consents to test and consents to operate.
Engineering safety management experience (Yellow Book / CENELEC);
LU style assurance experience (E1008 / Ta251);
Signalling and control technology experience.
LUL experience is ideal but we will look at people with mainline experience as well.
