QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROJECT MANAGER - FOR EMPLOYERS AGENT ROLE

Our client wish to recruit a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager at our Ledbury office, situated on the Eastnor Castle Estate, a national trust nature reserve. The candidate should have experience in housing schemes, both via design and build and partnering, together with good Project Management skills.

Our client wish to recruit a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager at our Ledbury office, situated on the Eastnor Castle Estate, a national trust nature reserve. The candidate should have experience in housing schemes, both via design and build and partnering, together with good Project Management skills.

This position would ideally suit experienced quantity surveyors or project managers (from a surveying background) who wish to get away from the traffick or work locally in the Ledbury area. There is also the possibility to work from the Walsall office.

Our client are offering up to £42K for this post plus benefits package to the right candidate.
