QUANTITY SURVEYOR -RAIL

A leading contractor in Ireland, with a strong presence in the civils spectrum are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin on a high profile Rail project.

You will be responsible for providing commercial links between Site Agents, Project Managers and Commercial Managers and will ensure commercial security and control of contracts under tender and throughout the project including execution and delivery.

Quantity Surveyor: Rail Project

A leading contractor in Ireland, with a strong presence in the civils spectrum are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin on a high profile Rail project.

You will be responsible for providing commercial links between Site Agents, Project Managers and Commercial Managers and will ensure commercial security and control of contracts under tender and throughout the project including execution and delivery.
You will also be liaising with third-parties such as suppliers and customers regarding project progress and contractual issues; produce commercial reports and risk analysis and control.

The ideal person for this role will have:-

• Degree/Diploma Qualified Quantity Surveyor
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working in a civil engineering company required
• Irish experience essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team-player
• Ability to work on own initiative
