Quantity Surveyor Rail Project - Dubai
The Dubai Metro Project a US $120 million (AED32.7 million) contract to build a viaduct to carry one part of Dubai's light rail transit (LRT) system. The project is currently at 30% of Production.
My client is looking for a:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Based in Dubai you will be a quantity surveyor with more than five years experience. You will be working for one of the world's leading construction companies.
You will be comfortable in front of the client and have a strong personality and belief in your own capabilities. You will report directly to the Project manager. You will work in a team and be able to mix well and communicate from people of all backgrounds and it is expected that when necessary you can both lead teams and work independently when required.
There will be claims to be solutioned & resolved on this project.
My client will pay salaries of up to £75,000. In addition you will get generous holidays, regular flights, car allowance, an accommodation allowance, medical and other benefits.
