Quantity Surveyor - Civils Experience 75K basic
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to get in with a well established Civils contractor. As many of us know, the construction market is slowing down in some areas whilst Civils is booming. With huge Civils projects being undertaken in the greater dublin area in the next 10 years such as the Metro and the outer relief corridor that will join the M1 and N11, now is the right time to get into the Civils market.

The Client
My client is a medium sized Civils Contractor with operations taking place throughout Ireland. They have gained a great reputation for their ability to keep projects to time and budget and their clients include some of the largest contractors & developers in the country.
The Role
They currently have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with their Dublin team. Reporting directly to the Managing QS the successful candidate will be working on Civils works throughout the greater Dublin area. Current projects include large road/bridge projects as well as smaller site enabling/groundworks/utilities jobs.
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally be Diploma/Degree qualified and have at least 4 years experience with a main contractor, Civils experience would be extremely advantageous but is not essential.
