We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a locally headquartered subcontractor with a national remit. If you want to run your own contracts worth between £100K and £10million from day one then this is the right opportunity for you. These projects range from high spec apartments to special needs hospitals. You will be running your own projects from the start and have the autonomy to make high level decisions.
You will be working alongside the Commercial Manager on a day-to-day basis and expected to be at a level where you can hit the ground running. You will get fantastic exposure to projects enabling you to fly up the career ladder. You will be running your own projects which will range from apartment complexes to hospitals and theatres to schools. These projects will cover the mechanical and electrical elements of these build contracts. You do not need to have any M&E experience (although if you do, it will definitely be a bonus!) as full technical support will be provided.
With millions of pounds worth of M&E contracts already underway and a large number of partnerships with massive blue chip contractors they have a full order book for the considerable future.
You will be supported through any additional training you may require and will have a range of resources at your disposal to increase your technical & commercial knowledge.
