Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, you will assist in daily commercial and contractual aspects including checking for abnormalities or peculiarities. You will also assist and be involved in procurement of subcontractors, financial monitoring and reporting, completion of final accounts, gather and collate records of all work done, payment authorisation of subcontractors, ensure prompt submission of invoices and applications for payment. You will have practical experience of preparation of accounts, target cost contract or similar and have knowledge of sub contract procurement and administration to final account. In return for your skills you will be rewarded with a brilliant mechanism for you to develop professionally whilst also building up invaluable experience.

If you aspire to be RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Chartered, you will gain the support needed to realise this ambition. The support doesn't stop there though. Once you have reached Chartered status, your annual subscription fee will be paid on your behalf.
